Achievers Wins Two Stevie® Awards in Sales and Customer Service

This year marked the 11th Annual Stevie Awards® and Achievers was named winner in two Sales and Customer Service categories. Achievers won a silver award for “Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year” and a bronze award for “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year.”

The member experience team earned the silver award thanks to its high level of personalized customer experiences delivered daily via telephone and email. Achievers currently has more than 1.3 million active users of the Achievers platform, located in over 150 countries and territories. Achievers’ customer service team earned their bronze medal for providing superior service to hundreds of cases each month and earning an average customer satisfaction score of 96.5 percent.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are open to organizations worldwide, and recognize the achievements of sales, customer service and call center professionals. More than 75 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from the more than 2,300 nominations submitted from across the globe.
