Leading loyalty publication COLLOQUY recently published an article penned by Blackhawk Network General Manager of Digital & Incentive Divisions, David Jones. In the article titled, “3 Ways Psychographics Will Shake Up Your Incentive Program,” Jones shared his thoughts about which customer data are most relevant in the digital age, and how to use modern data to create more positive customer experiences.
Jones described how an effective incentive program can move beyond demographic data and instead use psychographic information to offer more relevant rewards delivered in a way that aligns with consumer preferences.
