Phone tracking: Continuing to optimize
Our call tracking system is in place for Incentives and OmniCard and soon will be for Blackhawk Network's enterprise site. We've directly integrated Google Ads with this technology, allowing us to see exactly which paid search ads are driving phone calls.
Next, Next Level
The next stage for call tracking is to fully integrate calls with transactions made through OmniCard. This link has been missing since inception but the Sales team and Marketing Ops team have been working toward a solution.
