Theresa McEndree leads the global marketing strategy, brand and insights for Blackhawk Network. With more than 15 years of experience in the incentives industry, she is an expert and thought leader in payments and FinTech. Focused on the intersection of payments and brand loyalty, she is driving the transformation of consumer engagement. Theresa is passionate about delivering a better brand experience for gift card end users, incentive recipients and corporate customers.
With more than 25 years of business and financial services experience (including Walmart), Marina Hodges has led high performance teams involved in developing business strategies, analyzing and reporting results, and communicating at all levels of the organization. She has earned national recognition for operational excellence and has been repeatedly called on as a subject matter expert. Marina also teaches Finance and Economics in the Graduate program of Webster University, has owned her own businesses and has served as Chair of the Retail Gift Card Association.
