North American Logistics Guide/Routing Instructions

Welcome to Blackhawk’s North American Logistics Manual. The goal of the North American Logistics Manual is to help our vendors improve their distribution practices and become better suppliers to Blackhawk Network. The requirements in this manual have been developed over time and will ensure that the products delivered to our US and Canadian facilities can be distributed through our network seamlessly.

For products shipping to Mexico, please contact your Product Implementation or Card Production Manager.

Below are a few of the critical changes for your reference that can be located within the manual. We encourage everyone to read the amendments in their entirety within the manual. If you have any questions please send an email to or contact your Product Implementation Manager.

ASN formatting (section 6.2) Specific details have been added to help ASN’s completed more thoroughly.
Inner pack size  Exciting News! Because our warehouses are becoming more automated, for R2 it is mandatory that all inner packs must be 30 cubic inches or less.
Non-compliance updates Moving forward, our warehouse will refuse inbound shipments for the following reasons, instead of just imposing infractions:

Upon completion of reading this manual, the vendor acknowledgement form listed on the last page must be signed.
