As Canada’s largest casual dining chain, Boston Pizza is a thriving business, serving more than 40 million guests every year. But their gift card program needed improvement.
The Blackhawk Network (BHN) team identified a handful of missed opportunities, starting with a new partnership with Boston Pizza to overhaul their first-party gift card business. They also found they could improve the customer experience and maximize third-party gift card connections. Since revamping the program, the chain has seen an incredible return on investment.
