London, 30 November: Today, branded payments provider Blackhawk Network announced that it has completed its acquisition of Intelligent Card Solutions Limited (ICS), a provider of original content solutions in the gift card mall and prepaid card loyalty and reward programmes.
The acquisition continues to broaden Blackhawk Network’s core product offering across our gift card offering including the introduction of the ICS range of Choice products into our wider portfolio. Alongside other key offerings including Cashback Rewards and My School Fund, which supports schools using Card-Linked Rewards to boost their school budgets.
